• Providing technical support: whether for an existing environment or for a new installation, we can troubleshoot and resolve ongoing problems with all aspects of your computer technology.

Assisting you in managing your costs is a feature of our business. We recommend low or no cost Open Source solutions where possible to enable you to gain the greatest value from your investment.

On-Call Business Consulting and System Support fees are charged at a rate of $75/hr of work performed (billed in 1/2 hour increments), plus any driving time over 1/2 hour, with a minimum of of 1 hour charged.

Estimates will be provide for special jobs, such as custom servers.

Rates for long term contracts are negotiable.

Personal In-Home Computer Support

In-home rates for personal computers, systems and networks are $50 for the first hour of work, $25/hr for additional time (in hourly increments), plus any driving time over 1/2 hour, with a minimum of of 1 hour charged. There is a $150 maximum fee per computer serviced.
